These are the rules for signing up and paying for Boundless FC sessions, leagues and events through this website and the app. By creating an account or signing up, you agree to them.

Your account

Sign up with your real name, an email address you can read, and your nationality. Your nationality can't be changed by you afterwards; ask an organizer if it needs correcting. One account per person, please. If you are under 18, please take part only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Sessions

Register for a session in the app, then pay online. Your spot is held for 15 minutes while you pay; if you don't pay in time, it is released.
Your spot is confirmed once the payment goes through.
You can give up your spot until the session starts. Payments are not refunded, including when you give up a spot you've paid for.
Once a session has started, contact an organizer directly.

Leagues and events

A team's captain signs up and pays for the team. Team members don't need an account.
Registration fees are not refunded. A paid league or event registration can't be cancelled in the app; contact an organizer if something comes up.
A league also takes a deposit. It is returned after the league ends. Match fees are due before each match, by the deadline shown for the league; a fee that isn't paid by the deadline is taken from the deposit, and the rest is returned.
Early-bird prices apply to registrations made before the date shown.

Payments

Payments are made through ToyyibPay in Malaysian ringgit (RM). The price you see when you register is the price you pay.

Playing safely and fairly

Futsal is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk, and you're responsible for being fit to play.
Respect other players, the venue and the organizers. An organizer may remove someone from a session or event for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

If we change or cancel something

Sessions, leagues and events can be changed or cancelled by the organizers, for example because of weather or the venue. If that happens we'll let you know and tell you what happens to your payment.

Your information and leaving

How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in Profile at any time, subject to the conditions explained there.
